How to Request Account Deletion If you would like to delete your account and associated
personal data, please send an email to our Data Protection Department at privacy@patchradar.com with the following information:
• Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request" • Your full name • The email address associated with your
account • A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data
What Happens After You Submit a Request
• Upon receipt of your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your
data. • After successful verification, we will process your request and delete your account along with all
associated personal data, except where retention is required by law (e.g., for tax, fraud prevention, or legal
compliance purposes). • You will receive confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
Data Retention Exceptions While we will make every effort to honor your request, please
note that some data may be retained for specific legal, regulatory, or operational purposes, including but not
limited to: • Fulfilling legal obligations • Fraud prevention and security measures • Resolving
disputes
Processing Time We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days. If
additional time is required, we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated completion date.
Important Notes • Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure
that you back up any important data or information before submitting your request. • If your account is
linked to third-party services, you may also need to contact those providers to delete your data from their
systems.
